Webex Meetings in Gmail and Google Calendar.

What do I need to use Webex Meetings from inside Google Calendar and Gmail?

Nothing! It's already activated on your account.

How do I know if Webex Meetings is activated on my account?

Navigate to Google Calendar or Gmail, then look on the right side of the page. You should see the Webex Meetings icon in a vertical menu bar.

What if I don't see a bar with icons?

Your vertical menu bar may be hidden. There is a toggle in the lower right corner of the screen.
