# Option 3

### Please verify that the following applies to you

* I am the parent / legal guardian of a new student to Argyle ISD.
* **I recently signed a contract to purchase an existing or newly built home within Argyle ISD boundaries.**&#x20;
* I have a fully executed (signed) building or purchase contract with no contingencies.&#x20;
* I do not yet have closing documents on this home. &#x20;

Please contact [ymcgarvey@argyleisd](mailto:ymcgarvey@argyleisd.com) to make an appointment. Bring your Driver’s License and fully executed building contract with no contingencies on it to your appointment.        &#x20;

If you have purchased land and are planning to build a home yourself or with a private builder, you must have executed building permits from the town of Argyle and all entities required for building before you can enroll in Argyle ISD.&#x20;
