I recently purchased or leased a home within Argyle ISD boundaries.
I have completed (all pages) final/signed Lease Agreement or Closing Documents including: Warranty Deed, or HUD Settlement Statement received from your Title Company, including notarized signature pages.
I already have a current Electric Bill with monthly usage indicating my name and home address. Or my Lease Agreement indicates that the electricity cost is included in the monthly lease amount and the lease is already in effect.
