Using Webex in Gmail is a convenient way to setup meetings and schedules directly from your email.

Creating a meeting from Gmail

Scheduling a Webex meeting from your Gmail is incredibly easy.

1. Open an email

2. Click the Webex Meetings icon in the right-hand vertical menu bar

3. Create a scheduled meeting or start an instant meeting.

Here's an example of an instant meeting:

And here's a scheduled meeting:

Once you've scheduled a meeting, it will automatically show up in Google Calendar!
